What I use to deep cleanse my brushes

I remember back in the day when I was in high school and I never washed my brushes. Yuck! But hey, I didn't know any better! It makes me cringe when I see someone's brushes and you can tell that that brush hasn't been washed for a good month or seven. Now that I'm older and wiser I deep cleanse my brushes every week or every other week and here's what I use when I wash them:

I was sent the Dr. Bronner's Magic Soap in November and I think I've read on someone's blog that they used this to cleanse their brushes so I gave it a go. The scent makes me gag (I'm not a huge fan of rose scented things) but it gets my brushes thoroughly clean and it doesn't take three years to rinse out the suds which I love! I think it's a really, really good brush cleanser and it's going to last me forever since you need the tiniest amount for every brush. When I run out of this I will definitely get another bottle but I think I'll go for the lavender or peppermint scent which sounds way more appealing to me! [You can get this one, or other scents, from KICKS for 119 SEK]

The Blendercleanser Solid from Beautyblender is one of my new favourites. I used to use a solid brush cleanser from Make Up Store Years ago and I really enjoy washing my brushes with a solid cleanser, I don't know why but I just do! This cleanser if fantastic! It cleanses my brushes so thoroughly and I also feel like it makes my brushes dry much quicker than any other cleanser. [You can get it from Sephora for $15.95]

So, what do you guys use to deep cleanse your brushes? Is there anything else out there that I have to try?
